Both of my girls love to dress up and play with fairies. Everytime we go to Disneyland, we bring pennies and fairy dust with us. We love to sprinkle the fairy dust around us, and in our hair, while making our wishes. It's a tradition I am sure we will always remember.
Soooo, I decided we needed a bag just for this. I am so happy I made it. They love it!
The Bag is done in the 5x7 hoop. The entire purse is done in 1 hooping, with no additional sewing. Not one stitch!! (Love that!) Even the zipper is done in the hoop. Easy Peasy!! Complete PDF tutorial with pictures along the way included.
Set also includes a blank purse with pockets, so you can personalize your pockets how you like.
Additional sewing if you want to make a matching fabric strap. Purse can be done with a ribbon strap if you like.
Inside the bag there are 2 pockets. One for Wishes, and one for Fairy Dust. The center of the purse is big enough to hold the wand, and the Meaning of Fairy Dust card, (included) It's also big enough to hold a camera and money. Perfect for older girls who have cameras. (You never know when you might spot a fairy!!)
Set also includes an in the hoop Magic Wand that fits into the purse:
Wand is done in the hoop, and both sides have fabric on them with an opening big enough to put a popsicle stick or a pencil. These would make great favors for a fairy party or a princess party!
Set comes with a complete tutorial on how to curl ribbons as shown above. Each of these ribbons literally took me less than a minute to curl.

These are a little over 1". You can do a ton of them in one hooping!
A PDF printable is included, so you can label your fairy dust if you like. Would be cute to put in tiny little bottles. These little bags can be found in the jewelery making section of Michaels, JoAnns, or Hobby Lobby. Font matches the one on the purse.
Just cut with cute scissors and glue on bags and onto card stock. Easy Peasy!
