All done in the hoop with very little additional sewing. (you can hot glue if you're in a hurry)

Everything for the hat fits in a 4x4 hoop
In this one I used the left over fabric from the Pumpkin Hat to make a matching dress out of her onzie.
Kitty Cat font not included in this set.
Just roll your T.P. with matching fabric and tuck in the ends.
Will take you about 20 seconds to do, and your guests will just love it!!
